Moon Glow by Jinny Beyer for RJR Fabrics is a 12 block program designed as a patchwork course to gain confidence in color use and piecing. The blocks become more advanced as the series progress, teaching a variety of basic skills to raise your skill level as you complete the blocks. Each of the compass blocks is named after the seas of the moon: Sea of Nectar, Sea of Moisture, Sea of Ingenuity, Sea of Tranquility, Sea of Rains, Sea of Fertility, Sea of Vapor, Sea of Clouds, Sea of Crisis, Sea of Serenity, Sea of Knowledge, and The Border Sea. We have numbered the fabrics on the Original Moonglow kits to match the original numbers so you won't have to worry about a thing. Some of the fabric patterns have been changed thru the years but the original colors are the same so the overall look of the quilt is unchanged. The shadings of the colors produces a "moon glow" that gives the quilt such a rich quality. The pattern sets are sent e-mail so you can print them right from your computer and not have to go to a copy shop or scan the pattern pieces. You can also share them with a friend or have them in case you ruin a pattern piece. The e-mail pattern sets are FREE with your kit order.
