The Bargello Quilt kit is very simple quilt to construct. It is completely strip pieced! You will be making long strips and sewing them together, not unlike a Sunshine and Shadows pattern except that the rows will vary in widths and placement of the colors to make the pattern work. This is a project that looks very complicated but actually is very easy. Bargello patterns have been around for centuries in tapestries, knitting, crocheting etc. Now you can make a beautiful quilt from the same kinds of designs.
